Q: What should I do first in my new account?

Login to the Support Portal to watch the rest of the videos that will get you started off on the right foot.

If you've never logged in, click the blue "SignUp" button, and use the same email you used to login to your OnlineSolutions.ai account.

Q: How do I create a new Sub-Account?

A: Scroll up and click the button that says "Request a New Sub-Account".

Q: How do I transfer my Sub-Account to OnlineSolutions.ai?

A: You will need Online Solutions Agency Relationship Number: 0-105-812

- If you have an Agency Account, follow this guide: https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/155000002031-sub-account-transfers-transfer-sub-account-to-an-existing-agency

- If you do not have your own agency, you will need to email the support/admin where your account exists, and request that they transfer your sub account to the Relationship Number above.

Q: I want to cancel my subscription. How do I do that?

A: Email us at [email protected]

We will cancel your subscription and give you until the end of the billing cycle to export contacts and save any other info from your account before it's scheduled for deletion.

Q: Where do I login to the Support Portal? (Training Videos, Live Q&A Call Recordings, etc.)

A: Either click the button at the top of this page that says "Click HERE to Login", or go to https://portal.onlinesolutions.help

Q: Do I have to have a card in all Accounts/Sub-Accounts Wallets?

A: Yes, all accounts must have a card in the wallet. By not doing so you are violating terms of service.

Fees will be incurred and invoices will be sent to cover any costs you incurred.

The card must be added to the wallet, and any invoice must be rectified before regaining full access to your account again.

Repeat offenders will be canceled on the 3rd strike.

Q: Why did I get charged $10?

A: Each account has it's own account wallet, and that account wallet is used to cover incidental charges depending on what you are using within the system.

The account wallet balance is separate from your monthly billing.

A: Follow the steps below to see your detailed wallet transactions:

1. Login to your Account.

2. Switch to the Sub-Account you need to check.

3. Go to Settings (Bottom Left)

4. Billing (Left)

5. Wallet & Transactions (Top Menu)

6. Detailed Transactions (1/2 way down the page)
