
A: Currently, HighLevel does not offer a setting on the Agency side that permits sub-accounts to import their own snapshots.
Only Agency Admins have the capability to create and manage snapshots, ensuring consistent configurations across sub-accounts.
Note about Snapshots:
Snapshots can add custom fields to your clients database, and muddy up the CRM. If the snapshot adds custom fields that you or your client do not want, you will have to manually delete them from the database.
